For one of our European projects, whose client is one of the largest agencies in the European Union, we are looking for profiles that will be responsible for the remote management and support of software applications used by the agency. In an international context, you will have the opportunity to work with different players in the ICT world.

What will you be responsible for?

The person we are looking for will be responsible for the management, resolution and monitoring of reports that arrive from the agency relating to applications in use. The activities he/she will carry out include managing relations with the client and the stakeholders involved and managing the critical issues arising from the client's reports.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background in IT, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and the ability to organise work in a multi-tasking environment.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Experience in identifying and solving SW technical-application issues
  • Basic skills in software design and development
  • Knowledge of the English language: good (B2 or higher), in all three areas (written, spoken, comprehension)
  • Analytical skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team

Preferred qualification

  • Knowledge of programming languages
  • Experience in database management
  • Experience in IT support to customers
  • Working in Cloud environments (e.g. Appian, Salesforce, Oracle HCM, Oracle Taleo)

The working mode will be remote: the resource will be able to connect only from an EU Member State via a laptop provided.
