Net Service invests in its Pega competence centre through the acquisition of Realvalue Consulting

On 30 December 2022, Net Service S.p.A. completed the acquisition of 69% of the capital of Realvalue Consulting, a business consulting company, digital process automation experts, certified Pegasystems partners and authorised training centres.
Realvalue Consulting, a Milan-based company with subsidiaries in Rende, Warsaw (Poland) and Lugano (Switzerland) has a staff of over 50 consultants specialised and certified in low-code architectures and platforms to support digital transformation.

Pegasystems is a powerful, world-leading low-code platform that enables users to rapidly implement, extend and modify strategic business processes and applications.
"A strategic acquisition that combines the needs of Realvalue and Net Service in a synergic perspective of internationalisation and consolidation in the digital transformation market. With Realvalue, the group is enriched with the ability to realise large projects with Pega technology and functional application expertise in the Finance and Utilities market," says Gianluca Ortolani (CEO of Net Service Group).

The transaction was finalised after a period of fruitful cooperation between Net Service and Realvalue Consulting within the framework of the CJEU's information system.

Advisor of the transaction was Studio BOCG Associati in the person of Partner Maurizio Baldassarini assisted by Studio Eruzzi for the legal part.
