Net Service S.p.A., as the Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your confidentiality and rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations set out therein.
Purpose and legal basis of processing: in particular, your data will be used for the following purposes relating to the performance of measures connected with contractual or pre-contractual obligations:
- technical and functional access to the Website; no data are retained after the browser is closed;
- subject to the data subject’s prior consent, sending promotional and/or informational communications to the contact details provided by the data subject.

Disclosure: Your data may be disclosed to external parties for the proper management of the relationship and, in particular, to the following categories of recipients, including all duly appointed Data Processors:
- AddThis: advertising service, ad targeting, analytics/measurement;
- DoubleClick: advertising service, ad targeting, analytics/measurement, content personalization, optimization;
- YouTube: advertising service, ad targeting, analytics/measurement, content personalization, optimization.
Dissemination: Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
Retention period. Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, your personal data will be retained:
- for a period not exceeding the time necessary to perform the services provided.

You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as, more generally, to exercise all the rights provided for by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of the GDPR.

d. data portability.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

b. to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales, market research, or commercial communications.
