Need

Notartel, the IT company of the National Notarial Council, develops and manages digital services supporting Italian notaries. To accompany the evolution of the profession, it was necessary to provide users with a unified environment for simple, immediate access to the tools used in daily activities.

The presence of multiple different services and functionalities required a platform capable of organising them in an integrated way, simplifying the user experience and ensuring high levels of security, interoperability and traceability. 

Solution

We supported Notartel in the development of Consolle Notaio, the new digital platform designed to centralise tools, services and functionalities supporting notarial practice. The solution offers professionals a unified, intuitive and customisable environment, designed to simplify access to services and improve the efficiency of daily operations. The modular and scalable architecture allows new functionalities to be progressively integrated and the platform to be adapted to evolving professional and regulatory requirements. Particular attention was paid to user experience, information security and interoperability with the existing application ecosystem, ensuring operational continuity and process reliability.
