Administrative Justice
The shared e-Justice platform used by EU state members for efficient judicial cooperation.
Need
The Italian administrative justice system (TAR and Consiglio di Stato) manages a vast repository of judgments, decisions and legal measures, within which identifying the most relevant precedents through traditional tools was highly complex, as it required time and knowledge of legal terms, regulatory references or keywords.
It was therefore necessary to simplify access to available information and make the identification of precedents more effective and consistent with the objectives of legal research.
Solution
For the Italian administrative justice system, we designed a powerful AI-based semantic search engine leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP (Natural Language Processing), enabling judges, lawyers, professionals, public and private entities to quickly identify the most relevant judicial decisions related to the legal concept being searched, simply by using natural language and intuitive graphical interfaces.
This solution is scalable, integrable with existing systems and adaptable to users’ specific needs.
