Needs

The Ministry of the Interior manages administrative and document-related processes of national relevance, serving public bodies, citizens and other institutional stakeholders.

To ensure greater security in the production of official documents, it was necessary to adopt a system capable of guaranteeing their integrity, authenticity and traceability. The solution also needed to enable immediate verification of documents by third parties, integrating seamlessly with existing administrative workflows without introducing operational complexity.

Solution

We supported the Ministry in introducing a document validation solution based on the Lambda Digital Stamp, integrated into existing processes and designed to certify the authenticity of issued documents.

The system enables rapid verification of correspondence with the original document, reducing the risk of alterations and counterfeiting while ensuring high standards of security and reliability.
