Need

Lepida is the in-house company of the Emilia-Romagna Region, supporting public bodies and local administrations through digital infrastructure, technology services and solutions for public sector innovation. To expand its portfolio of value-added services, it was necessary to provide member organisations with a unified system for managing civil proceedings and document exchange with Judicial Offices.

Heterogeneous tools, fragmented workflows and non-standardised processes were increasing operational workload and slowing coordination between municipalities, local services, courts and prosecutors' offices.

Solution

Lepida adopted Giustizia Metropolitana® in white label mode, providing member organisations with a complete suite for electronic exchange with judicial offices. The platform supports TSO, civil registry, voluntary jurisdiction, prosecutors and court proceedings, integrating with the Civil Telematic Process. The service is delivered from the Lepida data centre via the regional telematic access point registered under Lepida.
