The portal is the main web communication tool for Professional Bodies and Associations. This is why Net Service has developed a cross-browser and extremely responsive institutional mobile portal for INORDINE, whose driving force is an innovative, safe and efficient Content Management System (CMS). The Net Service portal allows the publication and updating of dynamic content, as well as a series of online access services, both public and private, such as the Reserved Area dedicated to subscribers. Within this area, registered users can view their situation and easily manage their requests to the Admin offices. The portal structure can also be modelled, upon request, to the specific needs of the requesting Body/Association.

This module allows the Admin offices of Bar Associations to manage all the applications for admission to legal aid. It enables to manage pending paperwork, drafting of the minutes for the Council and the notification to lawyers regarding the admissibility, or otherwise, of the cases in question.

This module sends notifications (via PEC-certified or ordinary e-mail) to all subscribers or to certain specific categories of users. It also provides an email marketing service for notifications to members of the Body, the Association or any subscribers to the newsletter and automatically updates the subscribers' distribution lists, which can be profiled based on the needs of the Body. The module offers a service that provides full compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation - EU Regulation 2016/679).

This module is offered as support to the planning, organization, delivery and reporting of the training activities offered by the Association, Body and/or by the Organizations associated with it. It enables to carry out checks on the fulfilment of training obligations, while highlighting those that are non-compliant.

This application module for managing IT protocol, in compliance with the DPCM 3-12-2013 regulation, provides for the daily filing of the Protocol Register completely integrated with the procedures for maintaining the Body, Registers, Lists and all other paperwork carried out by the Admin offices. The module, in fact, allows the automatic recording of outgoing documents and ensures the correct association of the incoming documents with the corresponding paperwork. It also allows, upon request, the storage of all the documentation associated with the Protocol.

Heart of the entire solution, it is modelled on the needs of the Admin offices with the aim of increasing their efficiency and defining, comprehensively, the operational management flows of the practices that will eventually become the Body and Association’s patrimony. This module enables to store all data and documents and find them quickly, monitor the progress of the various paperwork while recording the work of the relevant personnel. The solution gives Admin offices a practical Virtual Desk, a dashboard through which each user can control and manage the work activities assigned or available to them and collaborate with the other users involved. The Bodies and Associations can also request the configuration within the system of all the types of documents that it uses for notifications to its members, drafting of certificates, etc. The system is in fact based on BPMN (Business Process Management Notation) workflow, which allows the translation of work processes, the organization’s assets, into computer models that are easily accessible and suitable for both real and desired operations.
