Obiettivo principale dell’operazione: Innovazione delle imprese
DESCRIZIONE: il progetto ha l’obiettivo di rafforzare il rapporto di fiducia tra il consumatore e l’intera filiera agroalimentare, valorizzando il lavoro agricolo di alta qualità a garanzia della sicurezza alimentare del cittadino. Per raggiungere tale scopo, Flosslab propone CAFCha, una piattaforma che, attraverso l’utilizzo della tecnologia Blockchain e dell’eventuale deanonimizzazione degli address in essi contenuti, consente di certificare con un elevatissimo livello di sicurezza, affidabilità e trasparenza le transazioni all’interno delle filiere agroalimentari, permettendo al consumatore finale di avere accesso in maniera trasparente e autonoma alle informazioni relative alla provenienza del prodotto acquistato.

01. A NEW TRACEABILITY SYSTEM

CAFCha – Certification of AgriFood Chain is the platform, designed by FlossLab in January 2018, that allows the final consumer to trace all the information concerning the origin of the food product purchased, in a fast, transparent and autonomous manner.

The project is funded by Sardegna Ricerche within the POR FESR Sardegna 2014-2020 and is available to all companies in the agri-food sector interested in making their raw materials traceability a fundamental point.

02. CERTIFIED TRUST

The platform allows, through the use of Blockchain technology and the eventual de-anonymization of the addresses contained therein, to certify transactions within the agri-food supply chains, ensuring a very high level of security, reliability and transparency.


In this way it becomes possible to strengthen the relationship of trust between the consumer and the agri-food supply chain, while at the same time enhancing high quality agricultural work and guaranteeing food security for citizens.
